This document presents an example of an SROI analysis, carried out in the Whānau Ora sphere. It follows on from the first document – Measuring Impact with Social Return on Investment, published by Te Pou Matakana in 2017, focusing on the Taitamariki programme. The purpose of this document is to deepen the understanding of the Social Return on Investment (SROI) concept and its implications on funding and investing in the social sector. It also supports the introduction of a wellbeing vision in New Zealand, aligning with the WOCA approach of measuring success based on whānau wellbeing.
