The Whānau Ora partners and their front line kaimahi across the North Island worked tirelessly to ensure our whānau and our communities were safe, fed and had the support they needed to survive through the unprecedented times of COVID-19.

As a Whānau Ora network, we would like to capture your narratives and experiences through your eyes and publish these stories in a peer-reviewed special edition journal.  Therefore, we warmly welcome expressions of interest and invite you to tell your authentic stories through written submissions, quotes, videos and/or a series of interviews.

Support will be provided to those who have a story to tell and may require some guidance to help to pull it all together.  We hope to compile 20 -25 articles to publish in the journal and online for our national and international indigenous readers.

Let us tell Aotearoa and the world what you did to keep our whānau safe.

For all and any related enquiries and expressions of interest from Whānau Ora providers, please email on: submissions@whanauora.nz
